He even had to LEARN English for either Highlander or Graystoke, otherwise he couln't even say his lines. His Scot accent was BAD, which adds to the later character (when he used the name Russel Nash), but is very odd and distracting to me when he is supposed to be a kid in Scotland during his first battle, especially when hearing the REAL Scots around him.

His odd accent does work very well in one bit when one of the cops interrogating him tells him "he talks funny" and asks "where are you from Nash?"

He responds with a cold stare "Lots of different places"
