Great job, it looks smart. You done good, Goddess!! My instructions for the X-Kilt wouldn't be all that adaptable to a full-apron tartan kilt, so no worries there. But this looks just super! I'm really glad I had the leftover material for you guys.

He is very pleased about his new kilt. I think he also prefers wearing his sporran directly on his belt to the side instead of dangling in front.

Our friend Alan H. had some leftover tartan from his MacNicol, or Nicholson modern red tartan kilt... my lovely wife, the Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess... was interested and decided to give it a try...
What do you think about her first attempt?

Not only does Sinbad look great in the new kilt his momma made him, but also you have discovered that you have a naturally-talented kiltmaker in the family. See? Now you only have to spring for the tartan and save the labor costs!

I just found out that that's what Red Lioness' kilt tartan is. Too bad I made her a sash with the 20"x2yd center strip. O'Neille
