I'm Coming to Southern California in October
Hi all Southern California kilties!
As was hinted at some while ago, I am paying my very first visit to California in October - just six weeks from now. Unlike my previous visits to North America, this does not have a kilt-orientated/themed purpose; I'll be staying with non-kilted friends on a purely private, relaxing visit, without my own transport but, it goes without saying, I will be kilted throughout my stay!
HOWEVER, if anyone is able, or would care, to set up a kilts night or something similar whilst I am there, I'd really like to attend and to get to know as many of you as possible.
Here are the details that have been confirmed:
Location - Palm Springs
Dates - Sunday 8th to Wednesday 18th October
Does anyone over there have any thoughts on whether a 'wee gathering' in Palm Springs would be possible between those dates?

Hamish -
I somehow don't think it will be a "wee" gathering. You can certainly count me amongst those who will be in attendance if it is a weekend gathering as Palm Springs is just down the road from Phoenix.

Thanks Phil,
That would probably be the best date for me as I'll be at the mercy of my hosts most of my time in Palm Springs.

I'll second that question. I'd love to meet ya some day too.
Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, Georgia are close enough too.
