Capital District (NY) Scottish Games - Sept. 2-3

At the Altamont fairgrounds in Albany County. Not sure if I'll be there or not.

It's a nice, big event with lots of competitions, clan tents and vendors.

You must live close by, I live in the town of Rensselaerville. Are you planning on going? Might be able to persuade a few of the wedding party to show up kilted.

I live about 90 minutes away, near Delhi. I usually go, but I dragged my wife through the games in Liverpool a couple weeks ago and I'm not sure how much patience she has for another round.

You getting married that day? Sept. 6 will be the third anniversary of both my wedding and my public debut in a kilt.

I bought a kilt for my friends wedding which will be on the 16th at Thatchers park. My anniversary is Monday and I will have been married 19 years. I have never been kilted in public.
