I've got a Prince of Wales from Melville Kilts and it's one of my favorites.

Ron ... The Prince of Wales Tartan is available as a cheaper cilt (£75) in several of the rugby stores in the city. I did buy one, but it does'nt hold up to much and looks more like a ski$$ than a cilt now ... I would'nt even wear it to answer the door in. I'll dig it out and post a piccy and you'll see what I mean. The colours of the tartan though are really great. I will enquire in the Welsh Tartan Centre if they do make a 14oz 8yd one.

Guessing there's a reason (shipping, tarrifs??) that you'd not have Rocky make up a casual or semi-trad in it?

I'm still seriously considering a semi-traditional in it. Such a beautiful tartan, think it would look great. Don't know that I have enough Welsh blood to warrant a full blown hand sewn traditional from Kathy Lare...but who knows...?

Look forward to them pics though.
