I would do a web search for a tartan designer software/suite... I think the Scottish Tartan Authority website has one... if not, it might have been at www.scottishtartans.org. There are ways to get custom woven fabric made for a kilt. I think that Matt can actually do a kilt in a custom weave without having to order a zillion yards. I do not know whether this University has an official tartan, but if not, you could be the person to design it... how cool would that be?
