A word of advice from an old lag, if you will permit me? In the early stages of your addiction, and in the ensuing years whilst you have responsibilities, progress with great caution and exercise as much control as you can muster - turn to the KA (Kilties Anonymous) if necessary - there is no shame in it. Later, maybe many years later, when the responsibilities are no longer weighing you down, then you can throw caution to the wind and truly indulge that addiction ........... but don't leave it too late as I almost did!!
