Welcome to the coolest rabble around. 
I hope you find all you're looking for. As far as a tartan for the Lysaght surname, most Irish surnames do not have their own tartan. District tartans are more common in place of. I don't know which district your people came from. But, for example, if it were Country Clare then that tartan would be in order. I'm no expert or anything... just thought I'd shed a little light in the way of such...
