You've also got to take into account that the guys from Saor Patrol are also members of the Clanranald trust for Scotland... so they're pretty involved in the cause for preserving the culture.

Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't Saor Patrol's Robbie MacFarlane with the 'new' Clann an Drumma for a bit? (Not sure if that is ongoing, or not...) I think there was some help from Saor Patrol to cover a few of the CaD dates, after Jamesie, Jacquie, Donnie, Kyle and Aya left to form Albannach. One at Stirling Castle, late last year, if memory serves.
