Don't forget, it is possible to get kilts taken in if you lose weight. Depending on the kilt, and the cost of the tailoring work, it may be worth it to get a new one (int he case of a SWK, the dent to the pocket isn't bad). I have 3 SW kilts... one is for when I lose weight, as I ordered a smidge small on accident. How's the Nightstalker? I am curious, as I have contemplated that one for a while. Pity I don't see it as a heavyweight... that would be really neat. If you like the standard, and can spring for one, the heavyweights are pretty nice.
