Maybe the manager of the bar knew what was coming when he saw a man in a kilt
Ah, yes. I remember those nights very well...!

If you want to contact them, it is North Bar, Canberra, marketing@icbmbar.com
Let's all sent complaints to this place, they MAY get the message.
I sent an e-mail this evening, requesting that they review their dress policies. I pointed out the Scotsman was wearing the national dress of his country, and that Austrailia has many proud traditions related to the kilt.

Me Too!
"Dear Sirs,
It seems some narrow minded employees of yours have banned the national dress of Scotland from your establishment. It’s a shame how a small group of people sometimes feel they have to dictate their views to a larger group of people. Maybe it would be best to post on your website and your adverts how your narrow (ignorant) views may innocently ban people from your business and save these people the utter waste of time visiting your establishment. At least I now know better than to waste my time there, no matter what I’m wearing.
Thank you for taking the time to read my note.
Regards"
