See, in WA it gets rainy, and windy, and relatively cold... the temperature is mild for the better part of the year... so a solid heavyweight kilt could get a lot of use. Other folks who have WPG kilts are more satisfied than not, and claim that wind barely affects these things. Of course I will find out for myself, and post my impressions.
