    Yes, it would be nice if the jacket were kilt cut (shorter than a standard sport or suit jacket) but unless this is a formal Scottish wedding complete with plaids and pipers I'd wear that outfit in a heartbeat.

    Love the tweed with the saffron kilt.


    Oops, just noticed the date. The wedding has probably already happened. Hope all had a good time.

    Bt the way, this is a suit jacket that my mother shortened for my kilt.
    I bought this jacket at Goodwill for $5.50.
    Yea, the wedding has come and gone. I didn't wear the jacket. Most everyone in my family wears kilts, no exception at the wedding and no one really cared what I looked like.
