That's a very nice extra personal touch. Kudos to them.

That is a really classy touch, Ron. Good for Steve and Kathy for making the kilt a personalized deal.

Okay, then this is #925. She didn't do the cards or numbers for the other four kilts from her.
Won't be long until kilt #1000 is looming. That should be special!

I agree Ron, when I bought my first FK I was greatly impressed with the cards. Like any business, it's not just about having a good product or even a good price, it's about marketing. This is where UK excel, they have done a great job of not only marketing but almost creating a cult following of their kilts.
Sadly, their poor service, communication and organising (IMHO) may loose them ground gained in recent years.
So well done Freedomkilts, good kilts, good service, good communication and good marketing (not to mention a great name and logo).
and when I loose a couple of kilos I'll fit into my FK again

Ron I bet if you look you will find a number, my first one was on a very small card stapled to the care instructions she sent, the second one was the very nice card that you mentioned in the beginning of the thread.

Thanks Rob,
That works...dug them out of my Kathy's Kilts file and sure enough...
My first, Macdonald Lord of the Isles was #770
I must have misplaced my Macdonald of Kingsburgh...still looking.
My X Marks was #841
My Cameron Black and Red was #873
And the Scott was, of couse, #925
Thanks for showing me that.

I must admit this is a nice tough if your kilts are destined to survive the present owner. I suggest writing the date on the card when the kilt was received and arching them... in a photo album perhaps.
