    Aye,

    Wasn't thinking about jocks and bras...just had the thought that, hey, do not pant legs encircle one leg just as a kilt encircles two legs? So its either "one skirt" with a kilt or "two skirts" with pants.

    So...those dufus' that mock our kilts as skirts are, in fact, wearing two skirts themselves. But you're right, not sure the logic holds or that the dufus' could follow it.

    At the end of the day, whether kilts or trousers, they are just a piece of cloth to keep you warm and it shouldn't really matter whether you wear a kilt one day and trousers the next (though kilts seem to have their own individual personalities crying out "please wear me today").
