Kilt Day at Work
Well it is finally official; October 20th will be the first official Kilt Day at the company where I work. This will be a monthly event scheduled for the 3rd Friday of the month. This is a big step as I work at a fairly conservative aerospace company whose big concern, dress-code wise, is how we look when business visitors (especially from overseas) stop by.
In my opinion, every day should be kilt day, but I will take what I can get.

Is this company-wide, as in "Everygody can/should wear a kilt, today"...specifically mentioning kilts, or is this YOUR kilt day?
Just curious. It'd be pretty interesting if a company specifically instituted a Kilt Day, where everyone was highly encouraged to wear a kilt.

Talk about a fast response!
We have several offices in the U.S. and a couple overseas. Kilt Day is just at our location (~900 employees) and anyone who wants to wear a kilt, may wear one. The only limitation I would think would be in the manufacturing area.

The journey of a thousand kilts begins with the first smile... hmmm - that actually sounded better in my head than it looks here in print. Well, you get the idea.
