The Celtic Bayou sounds like an interesting place. I know my wife will enjoy the food there, she likes stuff like that.
So that puts you just North of Seattle.
I've always wanted to try the Celtic Bayou - over in Redmond I believe? Also, the Red Hook Brewery isn't too far away. If, however, you feel like heading south into the city, T.S. McHugh's makes a great Guiness pie...

I just moved from downtown Seattle out to Kirkland. I'm good fer rubbin' elbows 'n' warmin' a stool. Can't hold my drink, but not bad with my end of a conversation. As time and itinerary nears for you put in a post. I'll block in the scheduler for an afterrnoon and/or eve.
P.S. If yer interested, perhaps you'll enjoy discovering the new UK retail store and mfgr sites!

Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

I'd love to meet up with you Al. I'll have to do some heavy duty schedule shuffling but no question, I'll get together with you somehow. Keep us posted as the shedule develops and I'll let you know what I can arrange.

Andrew,
There are more. Hmmm, Al, you might prefer the Redhook brewery... Food's a bit less spicy.

I'm sure I could find something at the CB to eat. On the plus side...Karen will think she's died and gone to heaven with the spicey food!
So...tentative plans would be a Tuesday evening get-together at the Celtic Bayou, then perhaps a Wednesday afternoon/evening get-together somewhere in the Portland/Vancouver region. Yes? No? Other suggestions??

Tuesday, October 24th at the Celtic Bayou in Redmond.
Count me in!
(Perhaps a companion post in "Kilt Nights" to pick up others area kilties?)

You could always jump on the Victoria Clipper and make a day trip here.
The city is wonderful. I'll throw in a tour of the Royal BC Museum. And I'm sure I could find a few other kilties to make your visit an enjoyable one.
