I suspected that there was more to this trip than laying in the sun beside the swimming pool in your speedo!

Have a safe and relaxing journey!

    Ham,

I hope you have a wonderful vacation. I think you are going to like that UK corduroy. I have the blue and red ones and love them. They have a very soft feel and are a bit heavier than the standard cotton-poly originals.

Look forward to some pictures when you return.

Enjoy, Hamish. The heat has slacked off here. You'll be able to enjoy the desert beauty without broiling your brain. If you've never been to Palm Springs before, I think you'll like it. The nature is hugely beautiful and the town is, well, unique.

Take the cable car up to Mt. San Jacinto if you have the time. Enjoy southern California.

    Regards,
    Scott Gilmore

Nah, Sir Connery couldn't do him justice. I think Hamish will have to play himself...

Yes, I'm disappointed, too, that a Kilt Night Gathering didn't come together.

However, I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time.

After a couple week's in the SoCal sun, I look forward to seeing the UK tan Hamish in the UK tan corduroy.

Happiness? I'd settle for being less annoyed!!!

I love the man DEARLY, Blu... but that was a visual I didn't need! I keep picturiong him in the now infamous "hamish pose" wearing nothing but a speedo! HAHAHA

Ham... if you're reading this, I'll make sure your kilts go out on the 6th as promised. You won't be stuck walking around SoCal in a speedo.
