I like the idea. Information is always a good thing. Be carefull not to approach it in a way that doesn't allow for personal expression. i.e. "Never wear a belt with a Kilt jacket" or something like that. Watch out for absolutes or someone will prove you wrong. Phrases of use are "Traditionally worn ...." or "Generally acceptable to wear ..." or "Most prefer to wear it ....". Also watch out if you do a do's and don'ts be sure to do it in a way as to not make fun of uninformed kilters, or it that kilties?
I say go for it.
