USA Casual and Celtic Knot Day Sporran
You can get a USA Casual and a Celtic Knot Day Sporran from Rocky and Kelly for $165. They are washable, custom fit, and an all around great kilt. WIth the smaller belt loops you won´t need a kilt belt either.

I too would be inclined to go this route given the option... The excellent reputation of this company precedes them.
