I saw that last night! My daughter (the Rocker) and I assumed that it was Chris Guest...Nigel Tufnal from Spinal Tap and Mr. Jamie Lee Curtis (lucky barstard!). I figured that I'd look at the Volkswagen website and see if we were correct in this assumption.
The irony is that I have a buddy who's a big guitar collector and who has been buying Volkswagens for years...he has finally come to the realization that VW's are overpriced, too finicky and too expensive to maintain and WAS going to go elsewhere for his next ride...but we saw the "buy a car, get a free guitar" thing and said, "...oh, well....guess they've got his number...he'll be buying a new Passat...".
There's also a commercial with Slash from Guns n Roses but Slash doens't wear a kilt...just that way-cool hat.

VW and Spinal Tap rock!
...I guess kilts do too....

Yeah!! I saw it last night as well. Nigel from spinal tap was great, however I want to know how you turn a VW up to 11......

I saw this the other day, and then the Drambuie commercial what is the world coming to when kilts become mainstream?

I've seen some of the new VW commercials, but have somehow missed this one. Oh well. I hate Spinal Tap. Bleh. :rolleyes:
