The kilt is nice. The jacket is being pulled by the buttons, you can see the signs of it in the photo. It is also causing it to pull a little on the right side in the back. At first I thought it needed a good pressing but then I noticed that it is pulling at the buttons. As others have suggested leave it unbuttoned. If you don't like a flapping jacket try a button chain. My old Crail has one that I really like. O'Neille
