Great. I'll see if I can shuffle work loads to be at your disposal. Is there anything in particular you'd like to see? The Harley shop I work in is just off I-5 at exit #5 by the way.

Cool! We may have to drop by the shop for a quick look-see. Prove to your boss that you're not the only Harley dude who wear a kilt.
As we've never really been to the Portland area before, I don't know what there is to see. We like historic-type buildings, if that helps. Perhaps you could scout out a good spot to have an impromptu kilt night.

WRT Tuesday @ 7, I'll be there.
Portland's building scene is mostly older buildings... Maybe moreso than Seattle. Especially in the NW section of town. If you guys go down there, make sure that you do visit Powell's Books. I'll show you where it is on my Thomas Guide when you come down...

OMG I can walk there!!! It's only a mile from where I live. However, since I'm lazy, I'll likely zip over on the H-D XL883
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

Woohoo!! Our motel reservations are made, hopefully nothing happens to stop the trip from happening.
Btw, you do realize that if you ride your Sporty over you'll have to listen to me whine and complain all night that I had to leave mine at home?

Note to self: Remember bungee cords and duct tape for Al when he begins to whine about his bike... LOL
Hmmm, yes, a sick mind definitely is a terrible thing to waste...

Just a bump to the top with a bit of an update.
Our plans to visit Seattle & area are still on, but we won't be able to make it down to Portland. We only have three days to enjoy the region and we have so many things in the Seattle area we want to see that we won't have the time to make a side trip south. I was rather looking forward to meeting some of the Portland area kilties, but sadly it will have to wait until another time.
