Hopefully you get Jeff on the phone, his female co-owner is somewhat less that pleasant to deal with most times. I'll swing by for a pint but my gang will be down at The Harp around 9 for the Band of Rogues (a one time a 9-piece "trio" ...).
Goodness what a busy week it'll be: Fiddle contest this afternoon, Margarita Monday, The Pogues tuesday, wednesday night "church" at Killarney's in HB, Kilt Night and Band of Snausages at the Harp thursday, The Fenians at Liam's waaaay out in Colton friday night, and Sligo Rags saturday night in Claremont .. good thing we're only working 8 hours a day.
CT - No rest for the wicked.

How'd things go last night? Sorry I couldn't be there; I was studying for a math test I'm taking today.

It turned out to just be mkmound and myself, but it was a pretty cool time.
I picked him up at his hotel around 6:45 and we went down to the pub. We didnt have a real solid idea on how many might attend, but we sat down, ordered a beverage and some food and talked for a bit.
Mr. Mound is a real nice gentleman, and his USA Semi-Trad was very nice looking. (first I have seen in person to my knowledge)
I was pretty uneventful, just a small dinner, drinks, and some conversation. We did get a picture and hopefully technical details allowing, he can post it.

Indeed, I'm a bad kiltie too. I made the critical mistake of sitting down for a minute after work, awakening at 5 minutes to 7. Another long week of finish grading awaits, two days the following week then it's off on Jetblue to JFK and my connecting flight the Shannon (10 days in Ireland !!!!)
Coolest news of the week : Steve has sent my dress model FK X Marks kilt, soon as Canada Post kicks it around a while I may get it just before my trip.
You Rock Steve !
CT - and he does.
