A kilt by nature of it's design reinforces good posture: 1. High waist that keep you standing tall. 2. Reference to gravity as the kilt falls around you. 3. Ease of movement that doesn't go against the way we are designed. 4. Usually better footwear and platform than those old worn out tennis shoes. Whenever I feel like hunching it is usually traceable to what I've been wearing on my feet. O'Neille
