    Thanks Bill. :-)

I've been told by someone else just now that the images look pretty poor on his screen. I've tried to keep the images small to reduce the file size for download, but on a Mac they still look fine I think. Can any other PC users tell me if this is a problem. I'm afraid DTP is not my strength! I'd like to fix this asap if I can find out how.

Nick, It looks fine on my pc. Just did a quick scroll thru and looks like a well put together document. I'll spend some time reading it over later. Thanks for the hard work.

Nick, the book downloaded fine on my PC. 1.5 MB isn't so big anymore. After a quick read-through, congratulations on an excellent piece of work that will be understandable and usable for your target audience and beyond. I've already thought of several people to send it to (in its entirety as requested).

Ant BTW, I get a lot of compliments on my Gordon Modern from Kiltstore.

" A very well written piece. I commend you on not making it a "Kiltstore advertisement". I know that must have been difficult as it is only natural to "toot one's own horn" so to speak. But, that is the kind of integrety shown by all of the kiltmakers who frequent this forum, and it tends to set you above the ordinary run of the mill merchants in the world.

This is an excellent kilt resource and, in my opinion, an important one as well.

I say important for a couple of reasons...

    1. It is contemporary and current,

    2. It's written in a down to earth style to a broad spectrum of age groups,

    3. It speaks with experience, authority, and much common sense.

Let's make it required reading for graduating from highschool.

What a lousy time for my printer to run out of colored ink! I only printed the first few pages to check the quality. The text is OK, but will have to hold off printing out the entire booklet until I get the printer reloaded.

Thanks for an excellent publcation. Do you think it should be copyrighted in the USA as well? The process is not too difficult and is rather inexpensive.
