    Yep, those are nice...

The prices aren't bad, but they're not exactly a bargain, either.

Now, if they had a nice low price on a full-mask red fox sporran...

I guess I don't want a mask sporran, but that Arctic fox is gorgeous.

The eBay ad says "made to order" . That, along with the photos taken right from the L&M website suggest that this seller is an L&M dealer.

But why doesn't the seller advertise that is an L&M sporran? I would think that people would be more likely to bid if that was stated.

    What is an L&M dealer?
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

Good call Sciuropterus, looks like the L&M stock photos to me, too....

I would much rather see photos of the actual items in the auction....

Too me, that is the one downside of the L&M sporrans and all the websites and vendors that list them... The photos are all stock, and do not reflect what your sporran will actually look like, especially if you are buying real fur... The photos are representative, but there are bound to be natural differences....

The aformentioned is not the fault of the vendors, but just the nature of the custom-made sporran business.... L&M can't give photos of the actual items, because they don't exist until after they are ordered....

The prices aren't bad at all though.... not bad at all..... extrememly competitive with even the larger L&M dealers like Kilt and Thistle and Scottish Lion....

They are L&M Products. No real reason to advertise that they are though...They are hand made products and L&M doesnt retail. I will get some custom pics taken soon though.

(if you havent figured it out yet, I do have a stake in this company... My wife asked me if she could start this and I have encouraged her all the way!)

I have seen first-hand that finished L&M fur sporrans, especially the mask ones, will not look exactly like the stock photo. There are ALWAYS variations when it comes to animal products. That is part of the deal, I guess, unless you are working with cloned animals! Always good quality from L&M.

Hank, I must disagree with your position that there is no real need to advertise the prestigious L&M brand, it gives instant credibility and assurance of quality, which goes a long way to help someone justify the purchase of a big-ticket accessory.
