Madalyn wanted me to make note that items on that menu that have a star (*) next to them, you can contact her for recipes.

If you plan to come, the sooner you let Madalyn know, the better. SO....

    e-mail the amazing Madalyn at:burns_supper@crocuta.com

The Little Celtic Dancer and I watched that episode Saturday evening. If it's going to be on again, it's worth a look.

BTW-The gentleman giving the address to the Haggis really stabs the cr@p out of that poor, defenseless haggis!

According to Madalyn, she's heard from 15 people. I added ten more, between the musicians for dancing and friends from the Brewery. So we're well on our way to a full house!

Madalyn (and me, too) wouldn't mind seeing a few checks rolling in. I'm sending mine today, and way2fractious has his in. PM me for Madalyns snail-mail address.

    $13 a head.

BTW, I'm bringing cock 'o leekie soup for 20 AND I will bravely consent to attempt to cook a haggis. This is on top of swearing that I'm going to have my X-Marks kilt done by the 20th. Oyyy...

    Alan,

What recipe are you using? I vaguely remember Alton Brown mentioning a Haggis recipe on "Good Eats", I found it on the Food Network site

    Here you go:

    Also, didn't P1M post a recipe somewhere?

    Cheers
