Nothing under 32" waist, and no indication of compostion (wool?)
However, even their normal prices for 5-yard kilts are reasonable.

Says the material has a teflon coating so it is probably Poly Viscose by Marton Mills. The Heritage tartan appears to be similar to the Scottish American tartan. The kilt only comes in one length, 24 inches.

Nice tartan, but I am SOL as I am 6'4. I wonder what the material it is made of, as they never say it is wool or PV. I suspect PV given the following:
The cloth is Teflon coated (yes the same stuff you have on your pans!) to repel dirt, water and even alcohol! making this the ideal choice for casual wear. And it is even machine washable should it be required.
Still a really good deal though, and a nice tartan.
