It was chilly Saturday night, when I wore a rather light (7-8 oz.) great kilt in the Camel Thompson tartan to a Hallowe'en party. Wasn't too bad until I was outside for a break, and experienced the effects of a cold breeze blowing "up the gulch," so to speak. Temps were between 25 and 30 deg. F at the time.

Right now, it's tough to wear kilts in this part of the world. Temps the past 3 nights have been between 0 and 5 above F., and all the way up to 20 or 25 during the day. I generally don't kilt up in this kind of weather unless the pipe band's got a gig to play, somewhere.
