Not yet. But, I do plan to hunt for quail here in a couple weeks whilst wearing my "bark and leaf" O'Neille kilt.

I shoot clay kilted, have trained dogs kilted, but the thought of blood on a kilt keeps them out of the field during the season.
If I ever get to Scotland for stalkng or shoting, I will go kilted. Other than that, I am afraid the kilt is just comfortable after hunt attire.

I'm not talking about one of my good, tailored kilts, but my plaid - which is meant for rough, outdoor use anyways. A little more mud and blood will just add to its character...!

I hunt in kilts, pheasants, quail, grouse, turkeys, geese. I dont hunt big game any more, if I did I would do it in a kilt. just watch for briars, ouch!! hey my dog is more tough than me, She hunts naked!
