I've got both in my closet. Mainly tartans, but some casual and some traditional. My newest kilt is a lovely O'Neille cord kilt that has pockets(distinctly non-traditional), and it's right up at the top of my favourites list, along with my BC tartan wool that Rocky whipped up.

My next two will be an XMarks dress model in the Macbitseach tartan that Steve says he'll have to me in time for my staff Christmas party. The one after that will hopefully be a Rocker/Indie/Butt Crack model from Mr. Ashton as well.

I'm with Ron on this. Why would I want to limit myself?

Dualist. When I started wearing kilts I was a firm modernist, but then I got my first (and sofar only) tartan, and I liked it . Now I'm fighting myself about what kilt to get next, a modern one like a UK or FreedomKilt, or something in a Tartan, arggggg! I'm so confuesed  . Now only if I had the money, I'd get both .
