Not being new to kilts, but new enough on this board. How often do you guys wear your kilts? I wear mine every day. I may not start the day in a kilt, but I always make it into one. In fact I may at any one time have four or five in my truck to wear as the mood suits. My wife says this is strange, what do you all think?

Been wearing my kilts EVERY DAY since March of this year. Whether I'm at work, hiking or playing on stage.. The ONLY time I've been wearing pants is while I'm training in martial arts/Taekwon-Do for obvious reasons.

Generally speaking, suits for work, and one of eleven kilts in the evening and weekends. I have over 40 trousers and a dozen or so jeans I've put into semi-retirement, but I still sometimes wear separates to the office or jeans (such as my new favorite flavor: light brown pinstriped linen jeans) for dancing - just so I can wear my cowboy boots.

I wear my kilt to every function, party or whatever.

The only kilt I have at the moment is a 16oz tank, which is not really conducive to wearing casually 'around the house', although I have done so at times.

Fortunately my wife is very supportive of my kilt-wearing and she appreciates that I would like a 'casual' kilt (or two, or three...) to wear at home.

Nearly everyday for me. The only times I don't wear a kilt is at work, and at some family functions as the kilt has not been fully embraced by my wife's family. So even after a work day, if I leave the house again, it is done kilted.

Thank goodness for my machine washable USAK and UK.

I currently have 3 kilts, I wear them on the weekends and any days off. I can't wear them to work for safety reasons we have to have long pants.

I generally wear my kilts 2-3 days a week. I could wear them 4 times I suppose, but for me, like others, they are a fashion option.

Yes, it is strange that you only keep 4 or 5 kilts handy. Personally, I am seldom seen in trousers unless the task at hand requires them.
