Why'd that stop you from kilting? Granted, the two times I've recently visited the doc myself, I've been out of uniform. Just didn't feel like wearing a kilt...

I'm more fascinated about what's under a lasses' skirt!!! (...& not just cuz I'm kilted.)

I couldn't agree more... I've started wearing the kilt almost every night when I get home... 1. Because after being trousered all day at work, it's a wonderful feeling to be kilted and 2. Because I'm hoping wearing it around the house will get the wife a little more used to it when I wear it out...
I did find though that wearing it before work (I work in the evenings on Saturdays) is a terrible idea... Once I go kilted for the day I can't seem to "pant up" for work without adjusting myself all night long... I just have this terrible sense of confinement and then I start to resent the fact that I can't wear one at work... Bad things man, bad things...

Of course, I don't own any trousers so I have no choice! However, I pay regular visits to my local surgery nurses and to the hospital. At both locations they've seen it all before and admit there is nothing new under the sun, so I have no concerns.
A few years ago, I had an operation on a leg and I recall my Surgeon saying to me at a pre-op consultation how much easier his job would be if all men wore kilts like me, instead of trousers!!

I do agree with all of you! I LOVE being kilted. I do not wear a kilt to Sunday Morning Church or work. I wear it everywhere in between, including Sunday and Wednesday evening Church A few of the guys still call it a "skirt" because it is a Utilikilt and not a tartan....oh well, ignorance is bliss
I am a commercial/industrial electrician, so a kilt at work is absolutely out of the question unless I change my career

I had a different hospital appointment today and went kilted this time!
All the ladies about were in trousers so I guess they couldn't say anything!

As a Handyman I am up and down ladders and under sinks all the time. Most of the days I work are in carhart shorts with kilt socks. As soon as I am home I Put on My Kilt. Off with the shorts and on with the kilt.
