a' o' ya folks wi' things tae sell- shuid bring them along...

I received this bonny pewter hip flask with thistle motif as a gift but I've never used it as I no longer drink whisky, so maybe it could go to someone who would be able to make use of it - and Robin could bring some kilt pins to sell.

I would love to come, Robertson, but I have another Burns night to attend in Edinburgh that very night! Enjoy your "do", all the best to you, Emma, and all the other x-markers who turn up - I am sure that Ferintosh will be jumping to the small hours!

OK, with a house full of XMarkers, you're having extra strong locks installed on the cabinets, right?

If we are all bringing a bottle, and there is whisky to be bought in Dumfries, I too believe there is no need for locks...

...other than locking us all in the Ferintosh to avoid an early morning assault on the border.

They would not only not allow a wee dram at the Y but would also be unlikely to be regimental...
