Captain, I remember someone whose family member tried to sue a rental car company when a fellow of Irish decent got drunk & killed their loved one. The reason they gave was that he was Irish therefore the rental car folks should have known he would get drunk & drive. :rolleyes: The judge tossed it out. I was sorry for their loss, but the lawsuit nuts.
