Sorry - looks like my IE cache is a bit persistent - I flushed it then tried again, then got v2.1, which works with no token bugs.
Thanks Nick, for all you hard work!

Phew! I think I have a stable version of it now, so if anyone has any further probs with the pdf please let me know. Thanks!
And once again, for the avoidance of any doubt, I am perfectly happy for anyone at all to link to the (new) download page, print the link in newsletters, print whole copies to give away, or email copies to friends and groups. The main copyright condition is to keep it whole and not excerpt pieces in any way without my written permission.

A work to be proud of! I think the book is great. Clear and easy to read I believe it will help men to wear kilts with confidence. My thanks to you.

Very well done! This is a worthy addition to any kilt-related set of reference books, and I particularly like that it is aimed squarely at the novice. My future son-in-law has been asking my advice about purchasing his first kilt, and I just sent him the download link. Again, excellent!

Nick,
I just wanted to add a thank you to the ones already here. I had skimmed through the book just after it came out and was impressed. Since it's a holiday here in the US and I was determined not to so anything productive today  I sat down and read your book "cover to cover".
Excellent introduction / reference resource.
Thank you.

Nick,
You asked me to read through your magnificent (my choice of word) opus whilst I was holidaying in far off Palm Springs and I have to confess, with great regret, that I have only just got around to doing so.
It is 'magnificent'. This is a fully comprehensive work that leaves no stone unturned where Highland Dress buying/wearing is concerned. You may have aimed this at the newcomer, the novice, but there is also so much of interest here for those of us 'veterans' who have been kilt wearers for many years, and I personally thank you for the tremendous amount of time and effort you have so obviously put into its production. Nick, this is worthy of more than mere internet publishing - it should, at the very least, be made available in paperback form for retail sale.
Forget Thompson's 'So You Are Going To Wear The Kilt' everyone (well, actually I have been saying that for years now!)......... 'Fiddes' is THE definitive guide.
My warmest regards to Adele and you.

Looks great and the timing is even better, for me - I've a poor lonely UK mocker and am hoping Santa will fix that. Now to get another cartridge for my printer so I can leave a copy for Santa's Little Helper (AKA, my wife) to find! Thanks!
