I just brewed an all-grain IPA last night. My 9-gallon brew kettle lets me boil 7 gallons of wort without much risk of a boilover.

Home brewing is simple and as long as you have good water and quality ingredients it's damned near impossible to brew a bad batch.

Homebrew kicks ***. Hands down some of the better beer you'll taste. Something I have been thinking about for a long time, and even started trying to come up with tasty ingredients in my head. Until I get to experiment with different hopps and water sources though, it'll all just be in my head.

You bet Andrew! It started fermentation within hours of pitching the yeast and has been bubbling for several days now. In two to three weeks I'll bottle it. I'll let you all know how it tastes then.
