Looks great! I've always wanted to get into making homebrew. I've done a couple kits in the past, and they turned out ok, but I'd love to try making it from scratch. Any ideas on good information sources for homebrewing?
I started with the "Joy of Homebrewing" by Charlie Papazian. Good explanatioons and good recipies to start with.

Home brewing is simple and as long as you have good water and quality ingredients it's damned near impossible to brew a bad batch.
