I just got a Mountain kilt, after having received my Olive Amerikilt. I must say that there is no comparison. The Amerikilt is a regular kilt, except not being Tartan and no buckles. The MK is almost like a skirt with buckles. I will try it next summer hiking but the AK is my choice, by far, for wandering around in malls and all.
