Oh, boy: Celtic Wimmens II

So it's pledge week on my local PBS station and they're running all of this Special Programming so as to shake the bucks out of the viewers...

...and what to my wondering eyes did appear but a promo for Celtic Woman II later in the week. I only mention it because I know that some of the Xsmarksers mentioned how much they appreciated the first one...I, myself, wasn't real knocked out by it, but Your Mileage May Vary, as they say.

So those of you who appreciate all the Enya-esque crooning and fiddle playing chicks who can play better than anyone I've known while dancing around in skin tight evening gowns...rejoice! Your ship has come in.

Thanks, AA. I did enjoy the first one, though I agree it's quite highly produced and lacks the "pub" feel of most Celtic music.

Not sure I'll buy the second CD/DVD, but I'll sure look for it on PBS.

I've already bought it for my mum for Christmas. She has the first one and loves it.
