Back on the Trail Again
As some of you may remember, I wrecked my knee doing trail maintenance last June, had surgery in July, and have been gimping around in a brace most of the time since. I finally feel strong enough to hike again, so here is a photo from today's excursion. 1800' elevation change over about 3.5 miles round trip. Here I am at the top of Lookout Mountain in Montreat. On the way up I visited the rock I was carrying when my knee collapsed. With no zipper to fumble with I had no trouble insulting said rock as I passed

Glad your knee work healed up cousin. Beautiful view. You present a jaunty look most appropriate for kilted gents.
