xe.com says the exchange rates make this come out to;
$214.80 usd
$246.94 cdn

I can't seem to find the one you are quoting.

If you click on the change currency button up top ( US or Canadian) it gives you the prices he says. Maybe it takes out the VAT to get the lower price.
