Dia Dhuit, mo chara!

Ah, the joys of rural bumpkindom(?) I spent much of my school years in a small town (pop. 2300) which was very bigoted and difficult to deal with at the best of times. As you can imagine kilties were not welcome there either (despite a large concentration of Scots-descended folk!) I'd like to say that people will come to accept it and view it in a positive light, but we know that's not going to happen. Instead, they will simply ignore it after awhile and accept you as a harmless eccentric (nothing wrong with that!).
