Is there a particular forum topic dedicated to tattoos, or should I just break out the pictures here? *grins* I don't usually have to have my arm twisted to share my tattoos!

Well, then... Why waste a perfectly good thread? *grins*
My clan crest tattoo, on my lower back: (Davidson)

And my celtic-styled Libra tattoo, on my left calf: (three pics, and be aware, my leg is REALLY swollen, these were taken less than an hour after it was finished.)

I have six other tattoos, though none of the rest are in any way celtic-themed, even if I stretch. *grins*

Wow! You weren't kidding about that tattoo artist! The calf tattoo is great! Good luck with completing the clan crest.

You may find something to your liking in the correct cultural context in a book of Gaelic proverbs (sean fhacail) of which the language abounds. Alexander Nicholson's Gaelic Proverbs and Familiar Phrases is one avaliable title that springs to mind.

Here's the banner on the back of my neck. This was taken some time ago, as my ears are MUCH smaller in this picture. And, my neck is completly filled in with swirly stuff now.

I also have this luckenbooth in the center of my shoulder/upperback. This will have my clan motto and some other stuff added to it this year.
