Update on Bushfires

The coastal town of Scamander was badly hit, many homes lost, the fires are threatening St.Mary's on the east coast.

Worst fires we've had since 67.

Fire storms are real scary, I saw one from a distance by Jackson Hole one summer a few years back. Not only the fire but we had to leave the area because it set off Marilyn's asma, to much soot and smoke.

Its just a pity we couldn't pipe you some of this incessant rain we are getting here in Scotland to douse Tasmania's flames.
