Shipping company

Just a word of advice, "Don't use the one with the yellow trucks." I posted about problems with them a while back. Next day shipping took 7 days to get here, and they refused to refund my money. Now, my daughter had a package shipped via "yellow truck" and when it didn't arrive on time, she called. They told her the package had to be signed for and no one answered the door when they tried to deliver the it. My daughter arranged for the package to be delivered the next day, and my wife and I made sure one of us was at home all day. No package. My daughter called them again, and they told her, "We can't deliver it because your address does not exist". I had to walk outside and look, "Yes, the house is still there and the bricks feel real." My daughter asked, how can you not deliver it one day, because "no one was at home" and say the address doesn't exist the next day. We wound up having to drive 80 miles round trip, to pick up the package. The lady at the office said that the package had never been scanned, so t looked like there had been no attempt made to deliver it. Again, no refund was possible.

Oooohhhhh my blood's already boiling!
sloppy shipping is one of my biggest pet peeves.
I would call higher and higher until I received some sort of reimbursment.

The real satisfaction comes when you "cc" every other shipping company so they know that their 'wonderful service' has been advertised to their competitors.
