There are too many people who would of looked at that couple and made up their minds that these folks got what they deserved. You took time to get to know the story and then to decide to lend a helping hand. What I believe says that faith without works is dead. What you have done shows both faith and compassion. Well done!

Wow.
It's amazing how being in a certain place at a certain time, in a kilt, can affect people. Your kindness certainly shows your quality as a person. Good for you for taking a chance to help someone.

I can only hope that if I met some people in that kind of situation that I could be half that generous. Bravo!

I think it takes a special person to do what you have done.

You will find, in time, that these blessings you bestowed on others will be returned to you many fold. Thank you for what you did and I do hope others will learn by your example.
Be well and blessed,
Kat

A very poignant story, especially considering the Holiday Season. (Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa, Winter Solstice, Pagan Yule...take your pick!). If more people were like you, the world would indeed be a much better place.
I salute you for your noble compassion to your fellow man
