BUT.....
I"m doing it anyway. I arrive in Glasgow around 10:30 on the 25th and will drag my weary body towards the train station.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the Laird and Lady of Ferintosh have graciously consented that I may have dinner on a stool in the kitchen and sleep in the garden shed. So for those of you attending - I will see you there!

Hope you get there safely... I recommend our local airline, Aer Arann, which started off in 1969 (the year of the first moon landing) doing pleasure flights over Galway: now they fly to a dozen UK cities and all the major cities in Ireland. I can get to Edinburgh in one hour - and the airport is 10 minutes drive from my flat!
