There was a movie on telly last night called Heartless, it was set in Scotland and featured a LOT of kilted men, even one guy who rides a motorbike kilted!

Ha! Found the Rob Roy film I was talking about! Turns out it was an old Disney film (and by people's reviews, before the big D got cheesy). Had to do a lot of searching, and all I could find was VHS... but hey, I still have a VCR, and some of my favourite movies are still on that format. I may have to do video capture and format to turn it into a DVD... preserve the source material. It seems a shame that this film (along with The Sword and the Rose) seem to be falling into obscurity when they are apparently loved in classic film circles.

Note the lead actor's name: Richard Todd... now, for those of us in the know... Todd is a sept of what? Sorry, had to toss that out there.
Not necessarily a kilted movie, but has the same lead actor:

These two were mentioned together in a amazon.com review.

Braveheart
Rob Roy
So I Married An Axe Murderer
My Life So Far
Only one surprise in my list, and that is, My Life So Far (which was on another list abive). I never would have watched it except that my sister in law likes somewhat obscure movies and loaned it to us when I acquired my first kilt. Poor grandmother! I always feel bad for her when she drops out of the movie.
