I was one in the other thread that stated I dislike brussels sprouts but come to think of it I've not had them since I was a kid and they were always cooked to death. (To this day my Mum boils string beans for three hours until "done".)
Since I love all green veggies except asparagus (who could like it when it's boiled into green slime?) perhaps I'll have to get some and try steaming with a bit of butter and garlic.
This thread is making me hungry.

They need to be dropped in to a smoking hot cast iron wok with a bit of peanut oil and stir fried. Flash fried. Add various sauces and or seasonings.
